On October 23, 2022, PhilCare signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Holistique Health of Singapore at Asean Mall in Pattani, Thailand.
The signing took place amid a broader period of international networking for PhilCare in 2022, which also included a visit to the MyCare Malaysia office, meetings with Hezom International of Singapore, and attendance at a SEAHUM-organized humanitarian workshop at Fatoni University in Pattani, Thailand, in December 2022.
