PATTANI, Thailand — Philippine Humanitarian Care (PHILCARE) Inc. participated in a regional humanitarian capacity-building workshop held at Fatoni University in Pattani, Thailand, from December 15–17, 2022.
The workshop, entitled “Increasing and Strengthening the Capacity of Humanitarian Actors, especially in Facing the Challenges of the Global Crisis and Recession,” brought together humanitarian actors for a three-day programme focused on strengthening institutional and operational capacity in the context of emerging global challenges. The certificates confirm the official workshop title and dates.
PHILCARE was represented by Jamal P. Tanduc and Abdul Baseth B. Hussain. Their individual certificates confirm their participation in the December 15–17 programme.
The activity formed part of PHILCARE’s growing regional humanitarian engagement and its efforts to strengthen leadership capacity, institutional learning and cooperation with humanitarian actors across Southeast Asia.
The participation certificates were issued under the signature of Kamarul Zaman, President of SEAHUM.
