DATU SALIBO, Maguindanao, Philippines — Philippine Humanitarian Care (PHILCARE) Inc. provided emergency humanitarian assistance to 70 families affected by Severe Tropical Storm Paeng in Datu Salibo on November 24, 2022.
The intervention supported households affected by the severe flooding associated with Paeng, which caused widespread displacement and humanitarian needs across communities in Maguindanao, including Datu Salibo.
The response was implemented by PHILCARE with support from MyCARE Malaysia as part of continuing humanitarian assistance to communities affected by the storm.
The activity formed part of PHILCARE’s emergency response efforts to reach disaster-affected families and support community recovery.
