Registration is open for PhilCare's quarterly volunteer orientation, run from our Cotabato City hub and covering the emergency response corps, clinic support, learning mentors, and skilled pro-bono tracks.
Training begins in September and runs over three weekends before first deployment. All volunteers are insured and never deployed without a local team lead.
